A little about me

I am Heena, A perennial Learner with lasting Curiosity – very much a “work in progress”.   I am an inquisitive mind, travelling through the maze of life – discovering , unfolding and experiencing the gifts of living. Without a destination in mind, I live for the moment enjoying the Highs and Lows , the Joys and Sorrows of being a mortal in her various roles.

I am constantly looking for the next challenge, and I try not to waste a good crisis. To find meaning in chaos, thinking on the feet and shaping things from scratch are some of the ways I have enjoyed spending my professional life. An energetic Human resource professional with an eye on the big picture and a strong hold on the finer details, I have had the privilege of working on some of finest projects and with brilliant people.

My core areas of specialization have been around Organisation development and 40Talent Management. In my organisational assignments I have been responsible for strengthening the leadership pipeline and organisational effectiveness through varied talent management and organizational development interventions and processes like leadership development strategy, identifying and grooming next generation leadership and supporting leadership transitions , learning and development, Performance and career management across the employee lifecycle. Talent management, organisation culture and transformation are areas close to my heart.

I am a true Piscean – dreamy , fun, and abundantly creative with  hobbies a plenty from technology to Poetry.

I live in the capital city – New Delhi .

Well all that and more; goes a lot into Being Me J

Image : Starry Night Over the Rhone (September 1888) is one of Vincent van Gogh’s paintings of Arles at night time in Arles; it was painted at a spot on the bank of the Rhone river that was only a minute or two’s walk from the Yellow House on the Place Lamartine which Van Gogh was renting at the time. The night sky and the effects of light at night provided the subject for some of his more famous paintings, including Cafe Terrace at Night and the later canvas from Saint-Rémy, The Starry Night.
